Eschka: TABA'TES - Nourishment of the New Age
I am Eschka. I am a very high light being and I greet you with the words OMAR TA SATT.
TABA'TES, light nourishment of the New Age. It was an honor for me to pass it on to you and to humanity through the medium. The time has come for nourishment as you know it to lose importance. I will tell something about the light nourishment process. But first I would like to state that I was the first being which spoke through Sangitar.
It was such great joy how she received the nourishment of the New Age in her soul with childlike joy. However, it is basically a quite far-reaching process. For because of their thoughts most human beings are still embedded in the collective that the human being cannot live without food. But through TABA'TES you are shown that this, like many things, is a collective pattern which was created in the duality in order to take away your power, in order to keep you small. For what does death mean? Death in this sense does not exist. However, there is the process of dying and, understandably, very many human beings are afraid of it.
That is why nourishment is such an actual subject. In earlier times there was already a light nourishment process which took 21 days, for which there was the order not to drink or to eat anything for 21 days. With this the cells were rewritten. A new program was written and the death hormone with respect to nourishment was blotted out. In the New Age - and this, my dear lightworkers, this is the New Age - it has become much easier. You can liberate yourselves from slavery in 72 hours. It is important to know that these 72 hours cannot be equated with fasting when you do without food. It is a process. Your cells are being reprogrammed, a new program is written and the death hormone with respect to nourishment is blotted out. It is possible that you will live through a severe process with this 3 day program. For it is not a matter of fasting but one of newly programming your cells so that in future, when you decide, they can subsist on light. Therefore it is most advisable to spend these three days in quiet. The beauty about it is that afterwards you can decide freely whether you would like to take food again or do without it.
I, Eschka, tell you: either is all right. You can choose. At one point you can take nourishment, and at another also let it be. You will receive the instructions on how to take light nourishment. I have passed this on through the medium. TABA'TES, nourishment of the New Age, comprises not only perfect freedom and freeing of something which was imposed on you your whole life long. It also comprises beauty. It also comprises that you can take nourishment all the same. You do not have to prove anything to yourself.
I tell you: just as the 48 Steps have spread across the whole globe in no time and have touched souls, advanced them and have brought many, many thousands of human beings to awakening already, so will TABA'TES, the Nourishment of the New Age, spread across the globe just as fast. For these are the signs of the New Age. It requires a high consciousness in order to carry out the process in 72 hours. Human beings who use TABA'TES for themselves should be human beings of high consciousness. Curiosity alone is not sufficient. If you or other human beings would like to take your time about the process you may nevertheless use the Crystals which have a highly energetic effect on everything and which also spread in your cells with high energy.
It is an honor for us to bring these new energies to Earth again and again at this now-time, right now. We wish so much that you will make use of them for they provide you with freedom. It is such a great pleasure for Eschka to pass these messages on to you. You will realize, you will see and you will feel that this is something which has been brought to Earth at the right time just now. When you carry out the process you can be certain that I, Eschka, will support you and also be with you.
